Bayeshan identifies as a bicultural and biracial woman of color who has been holding multiple perspectives since birth. Resilience and connection are at the heart of Bayeshan's work with all clients, as she believes healing and liberation become possible by centering what resources us individually and collectively. Bayeshan knows trauma and oppression, both current and historical, shape our present moment. Believing relationships are key to healing, she supports clients in forming interwoven connections with family, nature, community and movement. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and naming forces of oppression at play, Bayeshan supports the process of unburdening physically and emotionally from oppression.
Credentials and Education: Bayeshan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington. She earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in social justice, from Prescott College. Bayeshan completed her counseling internship at Seattle Counseling Services, supporting QTBIPOC.
Bayeshan offers counseling to adults in Mandarin and English.
